I absolutely love this yoga studio. Crystal is amazing!! My favorite classes are Restorative Yoga and Yoga Nidra.

I've enjoyed both yoga with the studio and Reiki with Crystal. However, this review is focused on Reiki. Crystal's care and attention to detail before, during and after your session are remarkable. Her gifted approach provides a nurturing, relaxing, and true healing experience. If you are new to Reiki, Crystal will support you through your journey.

Love this studio! It’s such a calm and welcoming environment. Crystal truly cares about each person’s wellbeing, she always offers modifications and helps with adjustments during practice. Restorative Yoga 🧘‍♀️ with supportive props, sandbags, and a neck release will leave you in a very zen state.

I went to a yoga class this morning (during the opening week) and I'm so glad I did. The studio was welcoming and comfortable, and Crystal was a thoughtful, genuine, knowledgeable teacher. What a terrific addition to the area!
