Class Descriptions

Restorative Yoga – Deeply relax and release tension residing in the mind and body with this replenishing and nourishing experience. You will hold passive poses for longer periods of time with the support of props: bolsters, blankets, blocks, and straps. The perfect way to set yourself up for a rejuvenating night’s sleep, easing the mind, body, and spirit. Great for all levels. [Instructor: Crystal]


Mindful Yoga -An easy-paced class with an emphasis on gentle movement and stretches, breathing, and connecting with ones self. This class sprinkles in elements of mindfulness. (Great for beginners and anyone needing a gentle yoga class. )[Instructor: Crystal]


Hatha Yoga- This class includes linking breath to movement and holding in stillness with our breath. This class may contain more effort than the other classes offered, but it does still offer modifications to help support students where they are in their practice. (All levels- may not be beginner friendly) [Instructor: Crystal]


Yoga for Everybody- This class is great for anyone, with props being used throughout class. You will be challenged in this class to find your effort and your ease in each posture – helping to connect mind, body, and breath. (Great for all levels.) [Instructor: Crystal]


Yoga Nidra Meditation– This is a nice relaxing meditation. Yoga Nidra also called ‘Yogic Sleep’ is a guided meditation that takes you on a journey through the self. Welcome to bring your favorite blanket and pillow, or even a gravity chair. Props are available to use. (Great for beginners and all levels) [Instructor: Crystal]


Functional Flow – This class connects your breath and core through a functional movement and alignment based yoga practice. Functional Flow will work to align the spine and pelvis through connection with the deep functional line and breath. This class utilizes props including chairs, bolsters, blocks and straps.
